From Brown University's ongoing analysis of city eGov, we read:

The researchers examined the electronic-government efforts of the
nation’s 70 largest city governments. Rounding out the top five were San Diego, New York City, Washington, D.C., and Los Angeles. At the bottom of the rankings were Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Greenville, S.C., Syracuse and West Palm Beach.

8) How do you measure success?

Being an
information technology framework, REALNEO may measure success in relatively
unlimited administrator/developer configurable ways, including technical system
analysis, polling, perception surveying, and analysis of data collected through
the participation processes. Metrics may be harvested and collected
periodically. Some data may be shared publicly, while others (like financial
results) may be aggregated, derived, meta and remain entirely embedded and
confidential. Controls may be established to require compliance and validate
results – a nearly perfect performance measurement system is available.

When I select to view the "events" the page loads with the list of events in the main frame and the left and right contents inserting over the list of events, in the main frame - when I go to page 2 of the events, it loads fine. Tried logging out and back in - same issue.

I did a quick search today for some North East Ohio links. Found two interesting websites:

The weblinks module is turned on, but we need to discuss some categories for it. We can start working on COIL categories/topics.

This site is going to be used for further organization and discussion of the REALNEO concept. Norm Roulet had already written up a large amount of thoughts on the Bryght Extranet -- much of that material has been transferred to the About section.
